Visit to the Dentist
Dentist always invoke fear in me.
The sound of metal against metal, the bright spotlights that shines/blinds, the dentist's enermous presence loming over me.... never fails to get my heart working overtime.
"Rinse your mouth"
The dentist said I had uneven teeth and will need to floss regularly. Uneven teeth? For some reason I immediately thought of Jac. Cuz Jac always used to say her lower teeth is untidy. Haha.
Maybe I should get braces?
Nah.

English to Chinese Translation
I was relaxing with my book in my comfortable chair when my mum came in with a letter.
"Girl, can you help Sotong Uncle read this letter? He wants you to help him translate to Chinese and write it down on the letter.
Huh?
I was pissed off for many reasons. First, I dont really like to be disturbed when I am reading. Second, the letter was not long but not short either. Third, I couldn't really understand the letter's content.
So I told my mom to ask Sotong Uncle to just call the number that was provided on the letter and ask how he can submit the required application blah blah.
For some reason my mum was super persisitent and never leaved my room.
Sigh.
My mum must be thinking that I am this useless bum moping at home the whole bloody day and cannot even do her a favour.
So, in the end I said I will call the bloody number. Anyone who knows me well will know that I absolutely HATE CALLING FOR ENQUIRES/ APPOINTMENTS ETC AS LONG AS IT INVOLVED A STRANGER ON THE OTHER END.
But, seeing that the letter was a serious letter. I called.
The person didn't even give me time to breathe as she picked up at the first ring. Anyway, she was prety nice.
The headache came when I had to translate the english to chinese.
And I am ashamed.
I cannot remember how to write simple words. And I had to translate words like "Nationality" on the application form. I know its Guo2 Ji2, but how to write Ji2? I cannot even remember how to write simple words like Zhi1 liao4 (information).
Anyway, to minimise embarrassment, I wrote the translation in ugly/messy handwriting so they (hopefully) wun notice the many many wrong words.

Jogging
After the many traumatic events in the day, I decided to go for a jog.
Talking of jogging, my determination has died on me ever since the registration for the sundown has closed.
Oh please. Wun you rise for me again?
